Members in attendance:  DiAnna DeGroot, Aimee Cherry, Kris Stuart, Brittany Follum, Rebecca Williams, Janene Salt, Celeste Drake, Delene Butler 

  • Welcome-by Co-Chair DiAnna DeGroot

 

  • Review of 2020-21 Final Report: Review of salaries and technology expenditures.  Janene Salt realized there was an extra balance of $10,000 that can be used toward replacing Smart Boards with Smart TV's.  Review of reading and math goals.

 

  • Review of 2022-23 Plan-Mrs. Salt.  Review of reading and math goals for next year.  Review of budget and salaries for paraprofessionals, software, chromebook rentals and chromebook repair. 

 

  • Vote on 2022-23 Plan- Delene Butler propsed to pass the 2022-2023 Plan.  Aimee Cherry seconded the motion.  All members in attendance voted in favor of passing the 2022-2023 Plan.

 

  • Next Year’s Council- Discussed which members planned on continuing with the community council for next year.

 

  • Motion to dismiss by Kris Stuart.  DiAnna DeGroot seconded the motion.  All members voted to dismiss.
