Breakfast is served between 8:15 and 8:30.
A balanced lunch is served each day by professional cooks in cooperation with the district lunch supervisor. Students are encouraged to take advantage of this service. Students bringing lunch from home may purchase milk or fruit drink.
Lunch is served between 11:20 and 12:30.
We encourage you to pre-pay your child’s lunch money at least monthly or quarterly, as many students forget to bring their money, or lose it, when they bring it to school each day. If you send money with your child, please put it in an envelope, seal it and write the following on the outside: child’s name, homeroom teacher, grade, amount and purpose. You may pay online with PowerSchool by clicking on “Purchases and Payments." If you would like to eat lunch with your child please call prior to 9:00 am. If you have questions, please call our Unit Manager, Joy Ekstrom at 452-4149. Thank you for your support of the school lunch program.

ARRIVAL: Students should not arrive at school before 8:00 and breakfast is served starting at 8:10. Students are to wait outside until the first bell rings unless coming in to eat breakfast. The first bell rings at 8:30 a.m. every morning and students should line up immediately. It is important that your student be on time.
Student Absences – VERY IMPORTANT. When you know your child is going to be absent from school please call us between 7:45 am – 8:30 am at 801-452-4140. We will then know your child is safe, and will not have to bother you at work or home with a phone call.
Please keep children home when they are sick. This will reduce the spread of disease to other children and adults at the school. We do not have the ability to supervise sick students during recesses.
