 Members in attendance: Dawnese Mitchell, Rebecca Williams, Sara Lleverino, Meredeth Hoskins, Delene Butler, Celeste Drake, Janene Salt

  • Welcome-Vice Chair: Dawnese Mitchell

  • Discussion of 2021-2022 Plan:  Discussion of Aide salary related to plans and fund usage.

Data Review- Discussion of each grade for ELA, math and science, comparing testing data by school, district and state.

  • Review of Current Plan-Mrs. Salt. Discussed Aide salary, technology updates needed in classrooms.  There was also discussion of what Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 teaching means for Aide usage in helping students receive targeted instruction that is needed.  The committee decided to keep on the current path for the plan.

School Safety- Discussion of locked doors with key cards, and building security cameras.  Also discussed trainings for teachers for each safety drill.

Computer Safety- CIPA training by the computer aide that is completed each year. Review of district firewalls and BARK filter reports for content used.

 

  • Motion to dismiss by Delene Butler.  Meredith Hoskins seconded the motion.
