Welcome and Introductions by Janene Salt

Review and approve the minutes from prior meeting.  Janene Salt proposed to approve the meeting minutes from February 16, 2023.  All members present voted in affirmative.

Overview the implementation of the School LAND Trust Plan. Discussed the reading and math goals for the school. Also discussed the budget for Aides and other areas.

Overview the implementation of the Teacher and Student Success Plan (TSSA) Discussed the budget approved for software, technology, training, edtech coach, communication, counselor, counselor aides, and other areas.

Collect member contact information to be utilized on the website.  Emails were verified.

Set a meeting schedule for the year. Proposed dates 11/2/23, 1/11/24, 2/22/24, 3/21/24 (if needed)

Member training.  Council members watched the video for training community councils.

Action Items - Items to be voted on

Elect a Chair and Co‐Chair.  Delene Butler nominate Amanda Wheeler for Chair and Sarah Lleverino for Co-chair.  DiAnna Degroot seconded the motion.  All members voted in affirmative.

Vote on procedures and rules of order.  DiAnna Degroot  voted to approve procedures and rules of order. All members voted in affirmative.
