Community Council Meeting Minutes January 11, 2024

Review and approve the minutes from prior meeting- all members present voted to approve the minutes from last meeting.

Review 2022-23 Expenditures- Discussed last year budget. Main expenditures were salaries and technology.

Review of 2023-24 Expenditures to date- Discussed the budget so far this year. We are projected to spend the amounts as planned.

Plan for upcoming school year discussion- Discussed the changes with having 1st and 4th grade from Roosevelt Elementary coming to our school due to school renovation. Discussed the plan on where the classrooms will be placed.  Also discussed that we will be able to receive some TV panels from Roosevelt for classrooms that do not currently have them here.

School Safety and Computer Safety- CIPA training is taught by Rebecca Williams during PLC computer times. Teachers are able to use Blocksi now to limit what websites are being used in class.

Action Items - Items to be voted on

Plan for upcoming school year.- the plan for the upcoming school year will continue with this yearś same plan for aide use and technology.
