Review and approve the minutes from prior meeting. Celeste Drake read the minutes from January 11, 2024. All members approved the minutes. |

Review of 2022-23 Final Report. Discussed the main part of the budget used for technology with chromebooks. |

Review of 2024-25 Plan. Discussed the reading goal of having 65% of students making typical or above progress in reading. This is achieved by having paraprofessionals for groups, and for PLC time for teachers to coordinate and discuss goals. Salaries and benefits for paraprofessionals, and technology are the biggest part of that budget. We also discussed the math goal for the school and the budget to help meet that goal. |
