• Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Wednesday and Thursday, February 5th and 6th.

• School will be dismissed at 12:20 PM on February 5th.

• School will be dismissed at 1:20 PM on February 6th and 7th.

  • Teacher preparation time, usually scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, has been moved to Friday, February 7th.

• Scheduling will open at about 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

• Check your email or Remind Messages for the link for your student's teacher.

• Open the schedule link.

  • The schedule page will open.

• Click 'Jump to the next available date'.

  • The dates on the schedule should change to February 5th and 6th.

  • Once you are viewing February 5th and 6th, you will then be able to see available times.

• Click the day and time for which you would like to schedule a conference.

• Answer the questions (name, email address, student name, etc.).

• Click 'Submit'.

You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you enter. You should also receive a reminder email 1 day prior to your scheduled conference.

Note: If you have multiple students and want to schedule consecutive conferences, it is suggested you not delay scheduling your conferences.
